These are cases of fixing Botched jobs done elsewhere, or fixing congenital deformaties like (Micrognathia – underdeveloped chin), or deformities due to traumas or disease, or last but not least in cases where there is significant bone loss (bone resorption) or migration and or separation of fat pads which are all natural phases of the ageing process.
